第一，在大众面前要牢记自己的CPS理念。
第二，做好充分的准备，把即将到来的场合中能预计到的情况都列出来，然后做好准备。
第三，口语的情况也是如此，要对到来的口语场合做尽量多的准备。
总之，短期内的药方就如此了，当然，要根治的话，要从长期来解决这个问题，就是要坚持强化练习，直到融会贯通、运用自如、心满意足的效果为止。
另外，在课堂上还要做好几方面的准备。讨论课题，做PPT。
